Idea Behind the Club
I was recording a podcast and started talking about the importance of developing your happiness habit foundation. After I was done, I had the aha moment: why aren’t people talking about this more? They talk about healthy eating habits. Financial habits. Morning routine habits. But not happy habits.
I talked to a friend. “You need to do this for kids,” she stated. Then the lightbulb went off. I dug into research. In a month, I had five drafts. In six months, I had illustrations for a five book series. In a year, the characters came to life.
Let’s normalize developing happy habits.
Enjoy! —Dr. Cheryl Robinson
